In 2025, we joined the ADDEX project, the “Future of Prosthetics System in Ukraine,” which supports the development of additive manufacturing technologies, localization of production, and specialist training to provide prosthetics for everyone in need: war veterans, wounded service members, civilians, and children with amputations.

As part of this project, we offer veterans grants to pursue Master’s degrees at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute in Biomedical Engineering and Applied Mechanics.

In addition to the grants, appflame covers a monthly scholarship of $200 for the entire duration of the studies, as well as associated expenses for those admitted. By the end of 2025, we will help establish an inclusive educational infrastructure at KPI, including a 3D printing laboratory, a dormitory, and a veteran space.

Also, in 2023, we became partners of the professional military education course “Captain’s Training,” developed by leading military experts according to NATO standards and incorporating modern combat experience from the russian-Ukrainian war. During 2023, more than 500 officers of the Defense Forces completed this training.
