Our vision
Ukrainian IT was born over 30 years ago. Many outsourcing companies, startups, and international R&D offices have been started and developed during these three decades.
Now, Ukraine is known as one of the fastest-growing markets by the quantity of technical specialists. There are more than 280 thousand employees in the Ukrainian IT community. Every year, this number increases by 30-50 thousand people.
Even though Ukraine is a country where high school students dream of becoming IT specialists, the market structure is relatively uniform. The majority of specialists (60%) still work in outsourcing IT companies.
We are aspired to foster a product culture in Ukraine.
We plan to completely change the paradigm that currently exists in the IT sector. We don’t want to serve others – we want to create large-scale projects on our own.
We strive to get Ukrainian products to the top of international rankings and help Ukraine become a leader in innovative technologies.
In such a way, we will retain the added value of the product in the country – we stop being a raw material for IT.
