Product Team structureTaimi has three cross-functional product teams:
1) Retention Team — increases user engagement within the app.
2) Experience Design Team — delivers a top-tier user experience.
3) Monetization Team — focuses on app monetization.
The Taimi product team consists of Product Managers, Analysts, and Designers, who work with support from the Engineering, Mobile, Back-end, and QA departments.

The challenges we faceWe aim to become the first company with an inclusive product for the LGBTQ+ community ready for an IPO.
To achieve this goal, we need to grow to 2 million DAU while effectively competing with market leaders such as Grindr, Tinder, Bumble, and others.
We focus on product quality, continuously improving our algorithms to provide users with accurate and fast matching.
Our main challenge is balancing monetization with delivering value to our audience, while retaining users and strengthening the product ecosystem.

Life at TaimiThe Taimi team includes allies and members of the LGBTQ+ community, including an expert on gender and sexuality.
The team holds general meetings every two weeks to share product and marketing updates, plans, and ideas.
Before the New Year, the team hosts a charity auction called “Namings for Y.” The rule is simple: donate to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and the name you propose for one of the product releases could go down in history.
